Emagine International, a specialist provider of real-time contextual customer marketing software and managed services, has today announced the opening of a new Centre of Excellence in Hyderabad, India, who will initially employ 25 highly skilled IT and Marketing professionals in the region. The new office will be managed by Beerendar Kumar, General Manager and Head of Global Delivery, India, where he will be joined by a team of mostly technical staff comprised of campaign consultants, software engineers, test analysts, technical analysts and technical designers, to offer regional product development and support services to Emagine’s growing global customer base.

As General Manager and Head of Global Delivery, India, Kumar is responsible for running the India Centre of Excellence. He brings over ten years’ experience in the IT services and consulting sector to the role, having held strategic and technical roles at Deloitte and WIPRO Technologies. Kumar has already recruited a team of 14 people, and another 11 are currently in the process.

“And we don’t see our growth slowing down,” says Kumar. “The technology market in India is moving from strength to strength and I am delighted to be appointed for this new challenge. The opening of the Hyderabad office highlights Emagine’s continued international growth and commitment to this region. As part of its ongoing efforts to drive revenue growth in the APAC region, Emagine has recently upgraded its head office location to a new and improved office space in the inner-city Sydney area of Pyrmont, located in the heart of Sydney’s technology business district.
