Global hotel chain InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has partnered with the Coca-Cola Company to celebrate Summer 2015 with a 'Share Forever' promotion, in which members of the IHG Rewards Club loyalty programme can share their rewards with those people they care about most. From 1st May until 7th September 2015 members have the opportunity to earn bonus points as well as to earn additional points and free nights that they can share with their friends and family. The Share Forever promotion gives IHG Rewards Club members the chance to earn 500 additional points after staying only one night at an IHG hotel, which they can then redeem toward a Reward Night at more than 4,800 hotels anywhere in the world - or through the IHG Rewards Club Catalogue for merchandise, flights or digital downloads.

After staying additional nights, members can earn more points. The promotion is open to IHG Rewards Club members who are residents of the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America.

The process of participating in the Share Forever promotion is as follows:

  • IHG Rewards Club members must register online.
  • Once registered, members can earn 500 bonus points after one qualifying night.
  • With each additional night stayed, they earn additional bonus points and free nights.
  • Members can then choose to gift these rewards to friends or family.

Participants in the promotion also get personalised offers presented via their IHG Rewards Club microsite whenever they log in.

IHG's guest loyalty programme IHG Rewards Club is free to join and guests can enrol online or by downloading the IHG mobile app.

IHG Rewards Club is available around the world at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo Hotels, Holiday Inn Hotels, Holiday Inn Express Hotels, Staybridge Suites Hotels, Candlewood Suites Hotels and EVEN Hotels. Stays at Kimpton do not count toward the Share Forever promotion. IHG manages IHG Rewards Club, which currently claims over 84 million members worldwide. The programme was relaunched in July 2013, offering enhanced benefits for members including free internet across all hotels, globally.
